Attention Junior and Seniors! Texas A & M University is hosting the Student Leaders of Tomorrow (SLOT) Conference. This year’s theme is SLOT 2009: Cruising into Leadership and will be held February 20-22, 2009. The conference is designed to enhance traits of leadership and personal development, besides giving you a first-hand experience at college life. Washington University in St. Louis offers a High School Summer Scholars Program for students who have completed their sophomore or junior year. Get an early taste of college life at Washington University. For more info. go to www.summerscholars.wustl.edu .
The DFW Chapter of the Florida A & M University National Alumni will host a trip to FAMU Annual Spring Preview scheduled for Saturday, March 28th. Juniors and seniors are invited to attend. Scholarships will be awarded, on-the-spot, to qualifying students.
